Easy 30-Day Returns.
At Radiant Motherhood, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a simple returns process. Please email us at support@myradiantmum.com so we can process your return.
Return Period: You have 30 days from receiving your order to return your items.
Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
Easy Returns: Returning items to us is easy, and our customer service team will be happy to assist you.

Returning
Defective Items: This is free for the buyer. This applies to cases where the item is incorrect, damaged by shipping, or otherwise defective.
Change of Mind (Change of Mind): Actual return shipping costs will be paid by the buyer.
You are responsible for the shipping costs when returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to return an item:
Contact us: Email our team at support@myradiantmum.com with your order number and the reason for return.
Receive return instructions: We will email you a return authorization and step-by-step instructions.
Package the item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and paperwork.
Print a shipping label: We will send you a prepaid shipping label. Simply print it and attach it to your package.
Ship it back: Take your package to your nearest parcel drop-off point.
